Three arrested after citizen reports them going through vehicles: On Sept. 5 at about 2:41 a.m., vigilant Pacific Grove citizens reported seeing suspicious people going through vehicles in the area of Sinex and Granite Avenue. Pacific Grove Police officers strategically responded and initiated a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle with three people inside, at approximately 2:48 a.m. A search of the vehicle located stolen property. Officers were able to trace some of the property back to the owner, who was contacted and advised of the theft. The owner positively identified the property as stolen. The following people were arrested for possession of stolen property and tampering with a vehicle: Tyler Freund from Citrus Heights, age 18; Deion Brown from Seaside, age 19; and Enzo Long from Pacific Grove, age 18.
