Three bowls. One for breakfast, one for lunch and one for dinner. Im going to write on small pieces of paper my favorite foods and add them into the appropriate bowl. Then,everyday I am going to reach in each bowl and see whats on tap for the day. This way I dont have to think what I am going to make and loose weight at the same time. Ok, I may add something fun in each bowl here and there but mostly little slips of healthy foods. Ill let you know how it goes!
