The Kenyan contractor also does some measurements and figures then says, I can do this job for 70000. 30000 for materials, 30000 for my crew, and 10000 profit for me. The Chinese contractor didnt measure or figure, but leans over to the Airport official and whispers, 2,700.000. The official incredulous says, You didnt even measure like the other guys! How did you come up with such a high figure? The Chinese contractor whispers back,1,000,000 for me, 1,000000 for you, and we hire the Kenyan guy to fix the fence. Done! replies the government official. And that, my friends is how the new stimulus system plan will work.
