Three goals today for those of you who are struggling to start a healthier lifestyle. #1 - 15 minute walk. You can walk longer if it feels good but dont quit before 15 minutes. Id prefer you walk outside but inside works if weather is an issue. #2 - 6-9 servings of fruit and veggies. Id prefer more veggies than fruit but do what you can. #3 - 20 minutes of personal happiness. Read a book, meditate, have coffee with a friend, or whatever makes YOU happier. This takes practice and its important to our lives. If we take time time to make ourselves happier - we make those around s happier by default. Whos in?
