Three men go to a restaurant for dinner. They eat up and call for the bill. The waiter brings the bill and its $30. The three men pay $10 each totalling $30 and give the money to the waiter. The waiter goes to the front desk and realises he made a mistake, and the bill was only $25. He realises he cannot split $5 3 ways so decides to give each man $1 and keep the remaining $2 as a tip. So each man at the table initially paid $10, then got $1 back therefore ending up paying $9 each. $9 x 3 = $27 plus the $2 tip = $29 Where did the missing dollar go?
