Three pilot batches of N1 Rye Golden Strong ferment away. We plan to brew this one pretty regular and also plan to finish fermentation a few different ways. One of these will be racked onto toasted oak chips until terminal gravity is reached, one will receive a healthy dose of Galaxy dry hop before kegging, and one will be racked onto grape must and dark French oak chips for as long as we darn well please.
