Three things you DONT get at salvation: 1) A FULL trust in God. (You trust in Him for your salvation; as far as life, bills, jobs, money, family, health, help, peace, etc all that grows). 2) A FULL faith in Gods Word. (You get saving faith that Jesus death is SUFFICIENT and the ONLY payment for mans sin; you grow into the other areas) 3) A FULL belief that God is in control. (This is probably the hardest of all to understand.) Every saint must go through a trial of God cant be in control since this is taking place only later to realize God IS in control. These are all byproducts of what is called sanctification which is basically after salvation you grow into becoming more like Jesus Christ. You will ALWAYS have doubts because doubts are a byproduct of a lack of knowledge in Gods Word. As you grow you overcome the doubts; you werent given all knowing faith immediately at salvation.
