Three times lucky today. A telemarketer called my cell phone while at work, a different telemarketers recording left a voicemail on my work phone... and a THIRD telemarketer called while I was working out, and interrupted the video! So unfortunately theres another 8 minutes of ridiculous exercises you dont get to cringe at this evening. A few things to take away from this. Youll notice Ive been trying to show my MAX OUT moment, which came at 7:47 tonight. But just so youre aware, I had to stop to grab a breather MANY times. And thats okay! It means Im pushing myself, which is the whole point. Go hard until you cant, then come back harder. It may seem like I was doing alright when I abruptly stopped to go write down my MAX OUT time, but that was the third time in 20 seconds that my form was failing, so I wasnt getting the most out of the exercise. Second thing to take away is this: Even though it may be subtle, if you were to record yourself doing Mondays workout and Fridays workout, youd notice an improvement in your form while doing the exercises, which means the results are already happening, and youre going to continue to get the most from your body IF YOU DO THE MOVES CORRECTLY. If you focus on maintaining good form, youll only improve and stretch your limits. And the last thing to take away: It may not look pretty...but... I can do a tricep dip!
