Three times up and down the observation tower. My niece Molly is my personal trainer, she calls me her personal assistant. Ha! We met a woman there the other day who was there again today. She does up to twenty laps, up and down those stairs and she gave me a lot of encouragement and tips. Im proud of myself for getting three done. Ill stick with that a few times a week for two weeks, as well as walking, then add another lap every fortnight. So exhausted but grateful and motivated. I can do this.
