Three top reasons for people not going gym 1. Financial problems 2. No time 3. Family commitments. Resolutions. Answers to all 3. 1. Train at home, skipping, train outdoors, jogging, in parks, on climbing frames, find scaffolding, think outside the box. 2. Make the time. It doesnt matter if u work around the clock, we all do, wake up an hour earlier and get ur training done. It doesnt matter how much money U have in ur bank or how successful u are, if u dont have good health, u have nothing. 3. Get a baby sitter, get family to help out, take ur kids to the park and train, kick a football about with them, train them as wel as training urself, train at home to a DVD whilst there playing or sleeping. We all have excuses not to train, I have used many myself but there will come a point in your life when u realise the most important thing in life... And that is your health. If your not in good health yourself, you cant do much for your family either. So start today because there is one thing in this world you cant get back and that is time #Realtalk
