Three weeks in no meat, no bread, no dairy, no processed foods. Its been a hard transition but if I was able to quit drinking I can do this. I was feeling a little low on energy at first but Ive been able to supplement my protein with an all natural vegetable based protein from Costco. Being that I know my body needs protein, Im gonna allow myself to throw down the protein shakes since theyre organic. Im down 9 lbs, doing no cardio and only lifting weights 4 times a week on average. I feel great and it feels good to not be a part of the consumption and demand for mass produced animals, GMOS, and processed foods. My body doesnt need pesticides, toxins, or genetically modified organisms when the earth provides all the food I need to be healthy and well nourished! Oh and Im saving tons of money by only buying real food and buying in bulk. Organic Egg whites are my new best friends lol. Wish me luck.
