Three widely respected Michigan attorneys have joined the Green family legal team in a Child Protective Services high profile medical marijuana case that is certain to set precedence for medical marijuana patients across the State. The Attorneys—Daniel Grow, David Rudoi and Mike Nichols—are offering their services free of charge. “We’re thrilled to be offered this much needed firepower,” said Green lead attorney Joshua Covert. “The State, and specifically the Ingham County Prosecutors office, have unlimited resources available to prosecute the Greens but this line up of attorneys and the experience they bring will help ensure the Greens fundamental right to parent will be protected.” “I am extremely outraged by CPS taking Bree and I want to help in any way I can,” said David Rudio of Rudio Law in Royal Oak. “Voters passed the Act with a 63% margin, and I’m tired of seeing medical marijuana patient and caregivers discriminated against and penalized when they’re using a medicine that they find is best to treat their specific conditions.”
