Three years after the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear plant meltdown, over 100,000 residents remain displaced. In Japan, the government is forging ahead with plans to decontaminate and reopen the area currently deemed a “no-go zone,” but former residents have mixed feelings about returning.
