Three years ago my son and I traveled the entire Hwy 49 North to South stopping at several Gold Country historic sites, many, like this in Columbia, a California State Park. Along the trip we visited Lassen with 12 feet of snow, and ended up in Yosemite to capture a Moon-bow. We rescued a young woman from her flipped car and met some very interesting people along the way. I shot this as an HDR to bring out the interior. It turned out pretty cool. Our poor parks have great support from the CSPF (https://facebook/calparks). And I have supported them. I have been contacted again to possibly use this image in an upcoming project. I have agreed and look forward to its inclusion and final product!
