Three years ago tonight...on a freezing cold and very snowy night...I did my first dog transport. A van full of dogs arrived from North Carolina to Rochester where I was waiting with two other vehicles. The hotel almost kicked us out of the parking lot before the dogs ever arrived, when the van door opened we found one dog had eaten a huge hole through her crate, one very big guy refused to come out of his crate, we couldnt tell which dog was which and one very precious girl arrived very sick with Parvo. (Thankfully she survived!) It was a crazy experience...and I was hooked. Three years later I have transported hundreds of dogs, gotten very involved in local rescue, and have met the most amazing animals and people along the way. This is my something
