Threw down a little gym sesh at #NewYouEast earlier today & hit a new PR on my front squat 145 cute I know but Im going up! Slow progress is better than no progress! I mixed up my workout today! Before the video Warm up-10 air squats, 10 push ups, 10 burpees x 3 and stretch 4X10 Leg Extension at 105 & Leg Press at 270 & Single Leg Press at 90 (10 each leg) Front squat 8-6-4-2-2-1 started at 75lbs ended with 145.
