Through the storm Abby still shines that beautiful smile! Abby did awesome today, she only cried a little bit during access (we use LMX cream, she is just scared) labs were good and her counts are still recovering from her last phase of treatment, spinal tap went perfect, and Abby did great getting her chemo. Abby can find something to laugh about most of the time lol she has been super silly all day! We go back for chemo next Thursday. Each week the chemo dose will be increased and the side effects with this chemo is mouth sores, leg pain, and nausea. Please pray this next 8 weeks goes smoothly and we avoid most or all major side effects! Thanks to my mom for going with us today and to my MIL for keeping Jayden! We couldnt do it without you. Tomorrow, Abby has her big kidney appt we have been anxiously waiting for. Abbys nanny has a genetic renal disease called RTA (renal tubular acidosis) Abbys drs found 3 kidney stones in Abbys left kidney about a month ago and we go tomorrow to find out if Abby has the same kidney disease or if the stones are related to her chemo. We are very anxious and nervous but whatever the outcome we know Abby is strong and God will be there with us. Please pray for Gods will to be and for our peace and understanding. I tell myself all the time I dont know how much more I can take but I always get through it. Thank you for your prayers and I will update tomorrow as soon as I have results! Gods got this!
