Through this entire {debate} ?..If there are a few things that become crystal clear, it is that perhaps we need to stop electing to the congress those who oppose the will of the will of the people, be they democrat or republican. One thing to especially remember is that at the outset the House of Reps sent a bill, passed by the house over to the senate which REPUBLICANS FAVORED AND WOULD HAVE DEFUNDED Obama CARE. and would have needed a 60 vote majority in order to amend. Up steps the tea party Yahoo from Texas, Senator Ted Cruz, who took it upon himself, against the advice of Senate republicans, and went forward with his ridiculous idea to block an up or down vote in the senate with his ill advised filibustering. This infuriated not only the democrat majority, but many republicans as well. Harry Reid, in response sat on every bill to fund the government presented for vote in the senate. This act alone, from the beginning, is nearly 100 % responsible for the events leading to today. This is one republican that needs to GO OUT Wake up Texas, please wake up......Hope NJ does the same today and defeats Booker....
