Throughout the World mostly in Ind-Pak,let us digest the spicy truth that communal religious based violent groups do prove part of problem as state within state.So it is duty of STATE to disarm & ban such communal violent groups to maintain law & order & to implement JUSTICE for all on equal bases.Le tus admit thisTRUTH that India claiming champion of secularism & democracy is promoting such violent religious based groups & Pakistan based on religion, banned all such religious based violent groups.As using Village Defence Committee (VDC) & hard line communal based groups like Shiv Sena, VHP and Bajrang Dal throughout India especially in IOK for communal clashes to divert attention from legal freedom movement & to avoid attention of World from Kashmir dispute.It is duty of Present IOK administration to secure public & to expose criminals involved in communal clashes & should ban & disarm all such self made & religious based communal groups, responsible for recent communal tensions in Kistwad Jammu IOK.
