Throwback thursday one day too soon! But wanted to share with you two things: 1. Me at 115 lbs after I cut off 7 lbs of muscle because I experienced a photo shoot where I felt I was too buff (which later was just ridiculous, I had issues with what I wanted to look like, spent a year on cutting it off by reducing my protein in half, stopped weight training heavy and did 3 hours of cardio a day. Lesson learned: my body was not happy with it and I wasnt either! It was something I had to do to complete my fitness journey but no, I will never do that again unless someone hand me a million bucks and I can regain it again after a year:-) 2.
