Throwing a question out there. Ive noticed if I eat at night I only lose about 1 lb in the morning when I weigh. If I dont eat past 5 or 6 pm, I will lose 4-5 lbs the next morning from the night before. (Please no weight counseling or loving weight loss pep talks or multi level weight loss programs) Do you thing I can eat a hearty, somewhat fattening breakfast a small snack and late lunch (no dinner) and lose weight and be healthy? (Nothing to eat past 6 pm)
