Thru the darkness of depression over the last 6 weeks there are few rays of light. But there are a few and thats the important thing right now. My very special and supportive friend Katy Elliott has been the most important to me during that time and continues to be - I am forever grateful - thank you so so much xx. Finally having the confidence to ride my bike for 32 miles today even tho its bloomin cold. And lastly, to all those who have asked about me - some I know and some I have never met. Its really been appreciated even if I havent said so at the time.
