Thumbs Down to the call centre in Hobart which now directs the Armidale Taxis. Yet again you sent the taxi to the wrong place because you did not listen. I was at Coles .Then when I called again to find out where my taxi was the older male operator said it was my fault because they had sent the cab and I wasnt at the bottom of the travelator now ? It took 4or 5 times of me telling him I was not at Centro and hadnt been all day. DOUBLE thumbs down to them for putting it out as a separate call and thereby slyly hiding that they had yet again stuffed up royally.
