Thumbs up Share from follower Hi there. I wanted to publicly express my thanks and gratitude to the management/staff of the Beenleigh Yatala Motor Inn. On New Years Eve my son pulled up out the front of this establishment as he was having some problems with his old valiant. In his haste he has opened the radiator cap prematurely and unfortunately has sustained partial thickness burns to the right side of his face and damage to his right eye with steam and radiator coolant. The management and staff rushed to his aid and also called the ambulance. They got in touch with me to keep me updated as my son was going into shock. The quick medical attention my son received whilst waiting for the ambulance I have no doubt has drastically reduced the severity of his burns and damage to his eye. I will forever be grateful to the kindness of these strangers and will always be overwhelmed at the possibility of what if. My son was taken to RBH and we have been told he will make a full recovery. We feel very fortunate and are so very grateful. Thank you Alison Vella
