Thunder is rolling...No rain yet though. House is quiet...Maggie came a few minutes ago and got Aly. Keith came earlier and let us go with him to Lowes so I could pick up some furnace filters. Got em changed...Happy me! Thanks for spending the afternoon with us Keith! Made that Easy Crockpot Tater Soup recipe thats been circulating...Turned out pretty good. Had to change it up a bit...Had to fry some real bacon and make my bacon bits because I didnt have any...And I sauteed a small onion in a little of the bacon grease and put in the soup...I cant imagine tater soup without any onion...just me! :) And I used Cream of Celery Soup instead of chicken...cause its what I had! Started out with a little bowl...and had to go back in for a second! With lots of grated extra sharp cheddar cheese of course! I do believe I like using the cream cheese instead of milk in the tater soup...Doesnt separate like milk does... Anyhow...Im full of tater soup...and the house is quiet. Gonna go back and stretch out and chill for a while. Hope yall have a good evening!
