Thunderstorm Advisory No.3 #Visayas_PRSD Issued at 3:45 PM, 18 May 2014 Thunderstorm is affecting portions of #Leyte (Capoocan, Kananga, Palompon, Villaba, Matag-ob and nearby areas) and #NegrosOccidental (Bago City, Kabankalan City and nearby areas) which may persist for 1-2 hours. Expect thunderstorm over portions of #Bohol (Bilar and nearby areas) in less than an hour which likely to persist for the next 1-2 hours. All are advised to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning and possible flashfloods. Keep monitoring for updates. Meanwhile, Light to moderate rains over portions of #Biliran and #Cebu (portions of Toledo City, Badian, Balamban) which may persist for 1 hour.
