Thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon into this evening in the vicinity of a frontal boundary as it moves southeast into western Kansas before stalling out. Any developing storms could become strong to severe with up to quarter size hail and gusty winds in excess of 60 mph possible. The best chance for thunderstorm development will be across west central and central Kansas, including along the I-70 corridor. Expect highs well up into the 90s to near 100 this afternoon with lows down into the upper 60s and 70s tonight.
