Thur Sept 5 Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms in central and east WA, north-central and northeast OR, north and central ID, west MT as a cold upper low slides eastward. TORCON - 2. A chance of an isolated severe thunderstorm in extreme southeast MT, extreme southwest ND, west SD, west NE. TORCON - 1. Spotty thunderstorms with locally heavy rain in the southern Gulf Coast states and a chance of a very localized damaging gust (wet microburst).
