Come by and work on some gymnastics skills, stretching, and a short workout in our regular classes Schedule: boom641/schedule/ Workout: Flexibility: Box Shoulder Stretch 4×0:20 Static Shaping: Straight Body Back Hold on Boxes 3×0:30 Straight Body Front Hold on Boxes 3×0:30 Skills and Drills: Handstand Hold with Chin and Toes touching wall 6×0:20, rest as needed between holds We will use 20 second holds for our “short sets” if you can’t hold 20 seconds perfectly without any form breaks, use a shorter time interval for now. Conditioning: 7:00 AMRAP: 10 Burpees 10 Toes to Bar 10 Box Jumps
