Thursday 11th December 2014: Do you creep into your day like a naughty puppy dog, all droopy eyes, head hung low, with your tail between your legs....apologising for being.... even before you have done anything, let along before you have had the chance to do anything wrong or naughty...Stop right there, rewind, go back...begin again...right now. .....OK ... Its time to stand up straight, with your head held up high and feeling proud, its time to lift that chin up, stick that chest out and set your shoulders back....then with your best foot forward stride into life, purposefully, bold, confident, self-assured, happy, strong... and determined ... Tarot Card: The Charioteers of this world..ride forward confidently...knowing body language sets the tone of the day...for them and you for you...and that it affects how people treat you...So are you going to whimper like a soggy Roman Candle firework or be loud and proud... like a whizz - bang rocket...bursting into your day....but you know even being like a small sparkler will do...just stop apologising for being you, for stuff you did years ago, for being alive... Put the fizz back into your day...shake up your champagne bottle of living.... live with bubble effervescing everywhere.... as you practice at letting better self- confidence tickle your life awake. Put the effort in... you are so worth it....today at least try to be bolder....check out your body language.
