Thursday Devotional THE SUM OF EVERYTHING ROMANS 8:28 WE KNOW THAT GOD CAUSES EVERYTHING TO WORK TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THOSE WHO LOVE GOD. Commentary: Do you sometimes catch yourself dismissing the mysterious ways God operate in every life? When we do not understand His ways, the easiest way out is to be dismissive. However, we can agree that not everything that comes into your life will be good, but God can use it for good. Not all events will fit into your understanding. However, God has the understanding to make each incident fit into His plan for your life. Friend, God works through everything that happens to you. He does not allow one experience to go to waste. Not one! The good, the bad and the ugly; God uses them to bring about His good and ordained plan for your life. It may be very hard sometimes to look through the troubles or circumstances or even the physical appearances of adversity to see anything good coming from them. But your Father in heaven sees all things and by His wisdom uses each situation for your good. In his letter to the Thessalonians, Apostle Paul commanded believers to give thanks in all situations and at all times. Why? Paul fully understood that God works mysteriously and behind the scene even when we cannot see through our situations. Today, you may not be able to explain why a certain event or challenge has occurred in your life. When you look at it from human standpoint, you may not make sense of it, and you may not imagine any good coming out of the situation. Yet you can be confident that God is wise enough to transform it into something for His purpose. Because of Gods great mercy, someday you will look back and see the good He has accomplished through that circumstance. So even when you do not understand it all, give thanks and rejoice that your Father in heaven is working everything out for your good. REMEMBER: YOU ARE GODS BEST - PRECIOUS AND CHOSEN!
