Please feel free to share yours in #TripAdvisor “Excellent from start to finish” First time I have stayed at this hotel and found the whole experience to be of high quality. Contacted the hotel in advance and arranged collection from airport, Seamless travel to the hotel. On arrival was escorted up to the Executive floor and welcomed by Mook who confirmed my room and by the time I arrived in it my luggage was already delivered to it. Found the staff very friendly, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast in the Executive lounge excellent, good choice, well presented and nice to have freshly cooked egg varieties. Evening cocktail hours pleasant with nice selection of food and drinks and well worth the extra to enjoy and relax in such a welcoming lounge area. Room was comfortable, clean, with the usual amenities and nice to have the evening turn down service. Will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok Stayed September 2013, traveled solo
