This weather certainly isnt helping much. There is light at the end of the tunnel! This morning there may be some patchy fog around. Temps are starting out in the mid to upper 40s. Mostly cloudy conditions will last throughout the majority of the day. We may see some afternoon sun though!!! The winds wont be as strong. The winds will be up to 5mph.
