Thursday, June 6, the Three Forks Area Historical Society will meet in the basement of the Methodist Church, beginning at 7 p.m. Guest speaker will be Ray Lau who will tell of his World War II experiences. June 6 is the anniversary date of D-Day, 1944, when Allied forces landed on Normandy beach. Other topics on the agenda will include grant application results, Depot update, Volunteer Orientation report and other activities at the museum. Refreshments will be served following the meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
