Thursday March 13th 2014 Update; I requested: Date: Fri, 28 Feb 2014 10:49:58 -0800 Good Morning Mrs Halstead, I would like to formally request the following- going back as far as 1990: 1) An investigation of what happened to my application for the 4th of July Committee. 2) Who applied for the 4th of July Committee-2013. 3) CAFRA 4) Detailed Accounting Report for Parks and Rec 5) The City budget 6) A list of all Boards and Commissions 7) Policy and Procedures as a Committee/Board member. 8) Any and all papers, having to do with the 4th of July Committee- Ad hoc Please include the Account Fund number and place them all on CD disks. UPDATE: Thank you Jane for opening your door yesterday at 2:30PM, so that I may review the CAFRA books and a few files. I understand that you can NOT allow me to view the last book on the Park and Rec, as it may have signatures and that the City attorney has to review it first. Is it normal practice to have a public book that apparently the City attorney has NOT seen prior to it being public? I did notice on the documents that I was able to see. That Approvals were signed by the City Attorney and the City Manager, does the documents in the file that I could NOT see- NOT have the same? I am still waiting on the following: 1) Detailed Accounting Report for Park and Rec 2) Any and ALL papers, having to do with the 4th of July-Ad hoc 3) Account Fund and CDs 4) The answer to, Is Lisa Smethurst, pulling my requests? And as of yesterday: a) Answer to the above question. b) The Year End Closing File of General Ledger (1990-2013) c) Copies of the Resolution No. 2011-82 d) All documents involving Trust Acct 00359.359.2239.16 e) Please explain; Why the July 12, 2011 (Appointment of City Council Ad Hoc Subcommittee for the Purpose of Reestablishing July 4th Events for 2012) signatures of Approvals are very small (too small to actually write) and missing part of a line? f) When did the 4th of July Committee (2011-2012) get a copy of the July 12, 2011 minutes? g) When was the 4th of July Committee (2011-2012) be notified that they are an Ad Hoc? h) Is it common to place an Ad Hoc on a two year term? i) Review a copy of the July 12, 2011 Minutes j) Was the 4th of July Committee members notified of the Aug, 29th 2012- July 4th City Council Subcommittee Meeting? k) Is is the duty of the reporting secretary to write the actual minutes of the meeting, or to write what she/he feels is important?
