This doesnt mean you dont sin anymore or that when you do sin you can just dismiss it. It simply means God loves you even while you are in the process of becoming like Christ. You have not arrives yet,but you are making progress. God understands that growing & learning is a process,& He wants you to enjoy yourself while youre on the way to reaching the goal.
