Thursday Nutrition Inspiration! I get inspired for good nutrition by starting my day with a ridiculously healthy breakfast. Knowing that I fueled my body right first thing in the morning gets me off to the kind of start that I know really matters. A few of my breakfast favorites are oatmeal with fresh fruit mixed in, a hardboiled egg, a hot slice of grainy toast, and yogurt. What are your favorite breakfast foods?
