Thursday QUICK UPDATE: Rain/storms look to move into the area sometime after 3AM. I dont think we see much if any severe activity....tomorrow will see the greatest likelihood if storms were to approach severe levels... in WESTERN Indiana.... Friday doesnt look to be a total washout....but there will be showers/storms around almost all day. Saturday looks SPECTACULAR....temps in the low/middle 70s under bright sunshine!! Mothers Day will see the chance for showers/thunder returning...AGAIN....it doesnt look like an all day rain event. Storms hang around early next week....Tuesday COULD be a severe weather day to watch!!! Models in pretty good agreement as far as rainfall totals over the next 7 days....most spots should see at least .75 rain. Some places will see higher amounts, but thankfully....not the 5 rainfall projections that areas to our west are looking forward to. ENJOY THESE 80 DEGREE DAYS!!!! After Tuesdays front passes....we turn (seasonably) COLD!! Highs will struggle to hit 60....lows in the mid to upper 30s (especially over the northern third of the state)....will be the rule of thumb for at least 10 days. At least there are no snowflakes in the forecast :)
