Am I Hungry?® is a dynamic, fun workshop series that delivers life management tools to nourish your body, mind, and spirit and build your health, energy, and joy. You will: • Discover simple, yet powerful tools for knowing when, what and how much to eat. • Learn tools to end mindless and emotional eating. • Find out how to eat the foods you love without guilt - and without overeating. • Boost your metabolism and increase your energy painlessly. You will receive a copy of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat by Michelle May, MD, companion workbook, and lifetime access to the Am I Hungry?® online participant website. This workshop is held as six consecutive sessions to create momentum toward making change. Yes, it’s a time commitment, but just think: investing this time now means not having to spend energy on diets or worrying about food later.
