Thursday night Hill Reps session tomorrow: KHRC vs Gravity - an epic tale of runners taking on Brook Pain.. I mean Lane.. Improve your stamina and strengthen your mindset for hills alongside club runners. We run 2 miles approx to Brook Lane and run up and down the central grassy reservation (or pavement if you prefer) for a pre agreed time and then run back to Kings Heath Park. Simple. You decide your speed on the slope and number of repetitions. And then we run the 2 miles back. Give it a go - any questions please post below - or if youve enjoyed/endured this session before and could recommend hill reps to anyone uncertain feel free! If you can run 10k or nearly 10k -this session is suitable for you. Go on.. If you would like to do the hill session but would prefer to run less/more miles in total you could meet us there. Please post below if this is your preference and Ill know to look out for you. Meet in Kings Heath Park at 6.50pm, near the Avenue Rd entrance. Whos up for it?
