Thursday night race simulation will again leave the Shop at 6pm and will do the short hooks loop maybe followed by a bottoms loop. We will be hitting it hard so come ready for pain!! On Saturday I will be leading the Team ride from the shop at 7am for 45-50 miles at 19+mph. I will also lead the 9:30 ride for 30 miles at 17-18mph.
