Thursday threshold session - Same as last week - 15min warm up then 2 x 5mins @ threshold pace with 2min easy jog recoverys, 2 x 6mins @ threshold pace , with 90secs easy jog recoverys , 8mins @ marathon or 1/2 marathon pace , 10min easy cool down. We will be starting at the earlier time of 7pm as it is the clubs xmas social after, please arrive for just before 7 for a prompt start. Thresholds at 7pm beers at 8pm , see you there .
