Thursday was pretty damned close to being a perfect day! Caught the 38L ("Dirty Eight" as the locals call it) to the coast. Dungeness crab "Benedict" for breakfast at Cliff House overlooking gorgeous sea stacks with seabirds and one harbor seal. Then I walked the entire length of Golden Gate Park from west to east. Had an awesome time in The Conservatory before wandering over to Haight to catch the 71 over to Larkin. Saw another part of "Unbuilt San Francisco" from the California Historical Society, and then saw both the Larry Ellison collection and the Cyrus Cylinder (amazing artifact!) at the Asian Art Museum, an awesome museum. From there, I caught BART to 24th and Mission, walked to Foreign Cinema, and had an absolutely delicious meal with wonderful service and a very-close-to-perfect wine pairing. BART got me home, and I crashed! Life is good. No, life is GREAT!
