Thursday – 23 October 2014 Reading: Psalm 139:17 How precious are Your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! Reflection: We all know how important it is to us to know that someone thinks about you, someone cares about you and that you are important in the life of someone! This is something that so often just keeps us going when things are tough. Just to know that there is someone who is thinking about you gives the courage to do things that we sometimes think we cannot do. Sometimes we can have the wrong impression of God, and today I would like to just say one thing! God thinks about us every day, all day! He is the one who thinks about you, and cares about all that you are and al that you do. God loves us so very dearly, that He gave His only Son to die for us so that we may have life, and life in abundance. When I read this verse, my heart sings like never before when I know that our Lord loves me so much that He thinks about me. His thoughts are indeed very precious to me every day! Breath-prayer: Father, thank you for thinking about me today. In Jesus name, Amen
