Briefly, that role is that of the whipping boy. The name of the game is disinfo and misdirection as far as we are concerned. Meanwhile, back at the ranch the powers that be are free to advance their system of command and control. Mark this well, nothing is as it seems. When they tell you anything, assume that its a lie.
