Thursdays session: Tried to have a bit of fun in todays session after the massive fitness test yesterday! I hope you all liked the concept and learnt a few new strength exercises that you can do at home 😊 VERY impressed with those that backed up from yesterdays session and also to those of you that are coming to 3 or all 4 of the sessions a week! Shows massive commitment and if you keep it up you will see changes in your strength and shape. I cant promise sessions will get easier because as you get fitter you will advance your level and the way you do the exercise and ultimately push harder which is what we are all aiming for 😃 a BIG For FITNESS Sake welcome to Jess and Jarrod! Welcome to the team! Dont forget Sundays session is our Australia Day extravaganza 😝 if youre coming along please bring a thong (of the shoe variety 😉). We will be utilising it for a bit of fun in our esky finisher drill! Happy Friday eve and we will see you at your next session For FITNESS Sake!
