Thy Guru, lead me to thy destiny. I shall perfect the knowledge - TopicsExpress

Thy Guru, lead me to thy destiny. I shall perfect the knowledge of the Soul and its manifestation in thy honor to the best of thy ability as thy will allows. You, O, Great Guruji who hath endowed in thee a sensitive Heart, pouring out tears for the oppressed, even when thy soul illumine, to live in service to thy divine will For Ever on earth, in Heaven, to hold equal the lost and the found, to lean towards the lost and take them all by the hand and lead them out by Your Grace, if it allows, to bow to the evil man, the liar, the hypocrite, the murderer, the thief, the hateful, to learn more, to always learn by the Grace that leads, I honor you, how beautiful the trees! The things detested by most, thrown out by the rest, are the most beautiful. People, the same, the cast out, the forgotten, the mocked, the shamed, the part of the world that few would touch. This is where I seek the Beloved, everywhere, to combine the knowledge of Grace with worldly matters, to crush poverty in its germ, poverty of the spiritual, and the lack of charity that is so oft necessary to end suffering. Charity is the highest goal, I see it in thy Guru foremost! He giveth to thee most abundantly and His manifestation which we encounter as the world should not charity be foremost among our pursuits? He hath given us so much charity in the way of the spirit, since spirit pervades the world, being allowed by the Guru to perform charity for the benefit of all mankind is the highest aim. If not for charity of the Guru, who would receive his Grace and holy company? Now, its clear why Vivekananda devoted his life to saving the poor of India through charity; which is two-fold, providing for the monetary needs of those without and for the educational needs of those without. Perfect knowledge is that from the worldly quality and the spritual quality. Gandhi and Socrates after tackling the spiritual quality strove to perfect their philosophy of the worldly quality. Since the world is an active power latent in the immoveable Soul, we can never learn enough about ourselves. That is why I pray to the Guru who took pity on me for my incompetence and fills me with an intense love and compassion for the ignornant or sinful. Jesus walked the earth not to save the righteous but to free the sinners from rage for no reason, to remove vanity, and clear their eyes. Jesus as well as Swami Vivekananda recognized that charity for the worst of mankind is the essence of the teachings and Grace, giving (charity), devoting, and not teaching. One teaches the world by showing it His Heart and not by thinking ourselves to be teachers. We all have to work with the spirit of a devotee. Paramahamsa Ramakrishna said Everyone wants to teach but who wants to be a devotee? If someone thinks his work is done after gaining self-realization then they make a fool out of Babaji who was christened immortal in order to learn all aspects of himself.
