Location Working: Thái Bình City _ Support full accommodation from company Reports to: General Director JOB DESCRIPTION: Build and manage the company’s Human Resource and Admin Department to support the Company’s goals and mission through HR& Admin activities: Set up and manage HR & Admin department Set up & Develop strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & and customers’ requirements and ensure its good implementation. Recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company’s business plan Set up Factory’s Labor Union & establish collective labor agreement. Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level. Set up fair Compensation & Benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, insurances, other allowances and benefits. Management of: security, canteen, environment, cleaning, Health & Safety, transportation, clinic… Establish and maintain cordial relations with local authorities and good image of the company. REQUIREMENTS: University graduate in Human Resource or related discipline, good command in English Experience : 5-8 year experience at least 3 year or above in managerial grade; Working in manufacturing base for 1,000-2,000 workers; Full knowledge in compensation & benefit; Management for Canteen, Security force and Dormitory. Experience in new factory set up is an advantage BENEFITS: Salary pay: around $6,000 it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification More details will be discussed during the interview.
