We are looking for an IT support who are willing to work in education environment and who love develop IT skills in supporting Rise IT system and work with Rise team for long-term. Responsibilities: • Over look, set up, maintain network included of: LAN/WAN, Servers, Firewall, Routers, witches, TCP/IP protocol, PABX, internet connection, wireless,… • Responsible for all email, laptop, PC and content server OS set up configurations. • Supervision and management of Camera system and Access control system • Supervision and management of Network infrastructure and application the data storge in server. • Supervision and management of website, fanpage, youtube including domain name and hosting web. • Maintain and monitor all network printers, fax, projectors and IT equipment for office • Responsible for user software audit, and management of all user software applications. • Organising of all software licences and keeping an updated database. • Management and storage of all physical and software image’s of application software. • Update and management of the VM ware Ghost database for QA teams. • Update and management of backup software on mission critical servers. • Technical support when required for learning centre, corporate home offices, road shows, demos, conferences and seminars. Job requirements: • Bachelors in Engineering/Computer Science from college or university required. • 3+ years experience in IT. • Good knowledge and managing of Microsoft Exchange Server XP, 2003, 2007 • Good knowledge in CRM, ERP, SEO, Smart board system and software design is preferable. • Experience with Ghosting software configuration and administration. • Ability to work multi-task. • Good English and Vietnamese skills.
