Tickets Please... Our approach over the last 18 months to two years has been to try and spread a positive service dog access message as often as possible. We work hard with individuals and businesses to help them understand the need for canine assistance animals and the importance of unfettered access. We will be handing out our challenge coins to managers and employees of businesses that make our time in their establishments special. And a special time for us, sometimes, is just to be greeted at the door like any other customer--not treated differently in any way. We gave out three coins this week to staff at the Regal theater in Lincolnshire, Illinois. They have gone far above and beyond the call of ADA duty every single time we have gone to the theater. We have made good friends there. Marshall, the Korean War veteran in the picture with Gander, is so beloved by G that the mention of his name will cause Gander to wag his tail and look around for Marshall. That was long before Marshall started stocking treats for G in the drawer of his ticket stand ;-) Thank you Regal theaters
